Who knew that Christian Dior had its own photography prize?
With German fashion photographer Peter Lindberg as the judge, the latest winners of the Dior Photography Award for Young Talent includes the gold winner as 23-year-old South Korean photographer Yoonkyung Jang, who was awarded a €10,000 artist’s grant at the show’s opening ceremony at the Arles Photo Festival.

“Peter is my one of my favourite and most respected artists”, she told Dazed, “so when I heard that he was on the jury, I really wanted to be recognised by him. Until this competition, I hadn’t had much of a chance to be judged by such a great jury.”
