5 Positive Aspects Of #WFH Apart From Not Seeing Your Evil Boss
Because it’s not all bad news!
Art Stuff 18 Feb 2021

We’re all pretty tired of working from home now, right? Anyone who says they are enjoying it either has a super evil boss, or else they’re probably insane. But, even though we’re itching to get back inside an office – and who could believe we’d be saying that in 2019 – there are actually some positives to working from home. Want to know what they are? Read on!

Nap Whenever

It can be so hard to catch a break when you’re working IRL in an office or gallery. But when you’re working from home, it’s impossible for your boss to sneak up on you. While you’re at home, you can have a little snooze whenever the fancy takes you!

No Toxic Colleagues Annoying You

This is probably the biggest perk. While you cannot escape those annoying co-workers completely, you can mute their whatsapp messages and decide that you’d rather reply to their annoying email tomorrow. Best of all, you don’t have to share an office space with them!

No Bad Hair Days

We are all saving $$$ on not having to worry about hair and make-up everyday. While it is nice to sometimes brush our hair or put on a bit of eyeliner to make ourselves feel better, we don’t need to go overboard like we used to, and we feel so much better for it.

Save Money On Your Commute

Travelling to and from the office is expensive. While we do miss the opportunity to have dinner or drinks with our art squad after work, we must admit that it’s quite nice to have a break and save money from our commute.

Easier To Gossip With Your Art Squad

Even though we’re not seeing our art girls IRL right now, it is so much easier to gossip with our pals 24/7 now we don’t have to worry about checking our phones under our desks. Thank god for social media!
